I have spent the last year Renovating a Property as an investment for my pension. This was a new venture for me and I had to learn many skills and adapt to my new working environment, improving efficiency and productivity. Keeping a clean and tidy site at all times was key to my progress.

I have carried out most of the work on the property myself, which has included Plumbing, Carpentry, Landscaping and Decorating to name a few. I have Project Managed the job, overseeing work carried out by other tradesmen where required, booking and scheduling works, sticking to a tight budget and liaising with Building Control etc. I have carried out all work in a timely and safe manner.
