I am a caring, energetic and enthusiastic individual with many years of experience raising and supporting a large family. Throughout my life, I have developed strong practical, interpersonal and organisational skills, alongside considerable experience supporting family members through a range of mental health challenges.
These experiences have given me a genuine understanding of the importance of compassion, empathy, patience and non-judgemental listening. I am calm and reassuring in stressful situations and understand the importance of treating everyone with dignity, respect and understanding.
Although I do not currently hold formal professional qualifications, I bring extensive and valuable life experience, resilience and a willingness to learn. I am practical, resourceful and adaptable, with the confidence to take on new challenges and learn new skills quickly. I enjoy finding solutions to problems and am always willing to have a go at something new.
I am friendly, reliable, hardworking and approachable, with a strong sense of responsibility. I take pride in being someone others can depend on and always aim to give my best in everything I do. I am now keen to use my life experience, caring nature and transferable skills in a rewarding role where I can make a positive difference to others.
