Experienced (Over 10 years) SAAS Project Manager (Prince2 certified) covering clients in a variety of industries. I have extensive experience within the Financial Services Industry. I've successfully delivered projects for major FTSE100 Banking organisations, global oil Companies, both Consumer and Commercial loan providers, E-commerce projects as well as Supply Chain / ERP projects.

I'm experienced in delivering projects using a number of methodologies, tools (MS Project, TFS, Jira) and principles including both Waterfall and Agile.

I have experience of being a Core product release manager at Welcom Software responsible for software release management and co-ordination of internal research and development projects.

Confident managing multiple projects across multiple clients and easily adaptable. Have proven leadership managing diverse multi-disciplined virtual teams.

I have strong communication skills, can confidently manage stakeholder expectations and have experience managing multiple teams across a variety of sites globally in order to achieve project success. Financially aware with strong budget management skills.

My experience has enabled me to develop and consistently deliver results using certain key Project Management and Relationship Management skills which include but are not limited to, Project Planning, Project Risk and Issue monitoring and Review, Change Management, Relationship Management, Budget Control, System GAP Analysis and the Management and testing of Internal Technology System Development.

I also have gained experience of managing a team of Service Delivery staff in order to achieve both internal and client specific goals, ensuring a high quality of service is provided to high profile FTSE 100 clients and their employees. This involved close man management of staff, training and development, target setting and monitoring and initiating internal structural changes.
The roles have required me to be extremely client focused ensuring contracts are renewed for existing clients as well as winning new business through involvement in the tender / RFP process by attending initial meetings and providing presentations of service offerings. This required a good understanding of business goals and solutions as well as communication and presentation skills.

• During my first year of University I played semi-professional football in the Doc Martens League before this was curtailed due to injury. I enjoy a great deal of sporting activities, particularly those with an emphasis on teamwork as I often relish the interaction with others as much as the sport itself. I have a keen interest in contemporary film genre and also enjoy reading. Having been fortunate to travel extensively, gaining an insight into, and enjoyment of other cultures, I enjoy broadening my horizons.
