As a team member of the Installation Planning team, I have facilitated the installations of new customers onto the Fibrus broadband network. Planning in the best interests of the company and of the customer on how to get them installed and make use of Fibrus full fibre broadband. As an Install Planner I plan the most suitable option how to get our main network connected to our customers premise, whether it be overhead or underground through the use of poles, ducts and chambers. In my role as an Install Planner with Fibrus, I effectively collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of services. I engage regularly with internal teams, wayleave, compliance and various other departments as well as external partners, including build contractors, Local Planning Services (LPS), and local councils. By fostering open communication and building strong relationships, I ensure that all parties are aligned on project goals and timelines. I proactively address any concerns or requirements that arise, facilitating timely approvals and mitigating potential delays. This collaborative approach not only enhances project efficiency but also contributes to successful outcomes and positive relationships.

• Throughout my time at Openreach I was part of a team as Network Planners, which I was planning the roll-out of Ultrafast Fibre Broadband across regions in United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
• This job required site visits prior to many of the plans to make sure the main plans were feasible with all building regulations and telecommunications code prior to plans being sent to contractors
