  • Lead the growth of the Wholesale Strategy of FullFibre from the initial phase with single figure monthly sales at the start, to four figure monthly sales. 382% growth in year 1 and 360% in year 2
  • I worked with the existing partners to maximise their go to market strategies and bring on new routes to market before engaging in bringing on larger mid sized ISPs appealing to different demographics to increase the penetration rate across a diverse footprint.
  • A key aspect has been leading and working with other members of the SLT to become the best Alternative Network for our ISPs to sell on.
  • I worked with marketing to effectively warm up the areas to create awareness and consideration for easy conversion,
  • I worked with our Data and Development teams to enable an API for easy ordering,
  • I worked with the installation team to have industry leading Right first time.
  • I worked with the Customer services team to arrange KCIs for minimal touch experience for the partners our contributed to the evolution of our Support, Customer services and Biling experience.
  • This lead to Awarding winning Channel support and growth to four figure orders and installs per month
  • Strong consistent penetration rate via multiple Go to Market Channels,
  • Onboarded over a twenty ISPs with a multitude of different and complimenting Go to market routes including, Web, Geographical, Comparison site Channel, Door knocking, and a number of B2B channels.
