I am a highly skilled Clinical Fellow (Higher) in Intensive Care Medicine at Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge with extensive experience managing complex, multi-organ failure in a major tertiary centre. I take pride in leading the assessment and stabilization of critically ill patients, delivering advanced airway and ventilatory management and coordinating multidisciplinary care in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.

As a House Officer/FY1 at Holy Family Hospital Rawalpindi, I served as a junior doctor, completing a one-year internship encompassing rotations in various specialties. ROTATIONS:
GENERAL MEDICINE (3 Months):
In the General Medicine rotation, I gained experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of medical conditions. I learned to take Detailed patient histories- Document Progress notes- Perform essential procedures such as:
● Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR),
● Arterial blood gas (ABG) sampling.
GENERAL SURGERY (3 Months):
During the General Surgery rotation, I focused on surgical procedures and wound management. I developed skills such as:
● Wound assessment,
● Suturing wound debridement,
● Incision and drainage procedures.
Additionally, I gained experience in pre-operative Patient assessment and preparation.
PEDIATRICS (3 Months):
In the Paediatric rotation, I worked with paediatric patients, including newborns and children. I learned:
● Neonatal resuscitation techniques,
● Management of paediatric emergencies,
● Care in Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU) and Paediatric Intensive Care Units (PICU).
EYE (3 Months):
During this rotation I acquired skills specific to ophthalmology including:
● Fundoscopy foreign body removal from the eye and assisting in eye related procedures.
Throughout my house officer tenure, I demonstrated a commitment to teamwork, seeking guidance from seniors when necessary and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients under my supervision.
