  • World Skills Restaurant Services is a prestigious International competition showcasing excellence in front-of-house hospitality, including fine dining, silver service, bartending, barista work, flambe and more.
  • In 2024, I was awarded Gold Medallist at both Welsh Skills Finals and the World Skills UK National finals, within restaurant services. Following this achievement, I was invited to join the Welsh Skills Judging panel in 2025 and 2026.

  • Withholding high standards, preparing cocktails, Barista duties and developing new ideas for the menu.
  • Community manager: organized and ran fundraising events for local charities, including bake sales, Open mic, bingo & quiz nights, ensuring each event ran smoothly.
  • Managed and created the content for the Lounge's social media platform, promoting events and engaging with the local community.
