  • Experience writing up detailed inventories and thoroughly taking photos of a property throughout to benchmark the condition of a property at the start of a Tenancy, following through to the same being used as evidence to substantiate any deposit claims/disputes at the end of a Tenancy that do not fall under standard wear and tear.
  • Experience of conducting thorough in-house referencing checks on prospective Tenants to minimise the risk to our Landlords (including Right to Rent checks, UK Sanctions List checks, Credit checks, Employers references and Landlord references).
  • Experience of negotiating fixed term contract renewals and rent increases between Landlords and Tenants to provide long term stable Tenancies to both parties.
  • Experience of collecting Rent in full and on time from a vast portfolio of Tenants.
