Within Bridgestone i was involved in Truck Point and later in the PSV Dept.

I have opened and developed 2 Hubs which has never been done before in Bridgestone

I currently manage 13 staff over a large area.

Managed 13 tyre techs and oversaw 2700 vehicles across Yorkshire, Manchester, and the Midlands, encompassing 26 customer locations including First Bus, Stagecoach, and Metroline.

With this there are 5 Engineering Directors & 26 Engineering Managers which i meet with regularly.

All locations are audited on a quarterly basis which involves a high focus on H&S for both Tech's and the customers.

Oversaw revenue capture and ensured completion of billing processes including damage tyre management, part-worn management, casing control, and vehicle movement.

Participated in recruitment and training of new team members.

Delivered KPI presentations and partnered with stakeholders to drive profitability improvements for all members.

I would manage the Bridgestone accounts they serviced for us and maintain a high level of fleet inspections carried out and maximize the tyre life within each account.

Coordinated with major accounts like Stobart's & DHL, conducting regular meetings with transport departments to ensure monthly vehicle inspections and timely completion of tyre work.

Managed daily issues and resolved staffing challenges.
