I am a chatty, friendly, confident person and I have never received a service complaint throughout the years I’ve worked in hospitality. I thoroughly enjoy working with people and aim to make a customers day better by providing excellent service as well as satisfying their needs and providing any information they may need. I am a very social person and I thrive in social roles. I am quick to solve problems and have certificates in COSHH, manual handling, basic first aid and Equality, diversity and inclusion.
