As bank staff at Freeways, I worked across various services, including residential care, supported living, and community support. I provided emotional and practical assistance to vulnerable adults, organizing activities like leading a gardening group, and supporting daily needs such as personal care and independent living skills (budgeting, cooking, and cleaning). I also accompanied clients to medical appointments and full-day outings, and helped them access education, training, and employment opportunities. I monitored their well-being, reported concerns to staff, and maintained positive, professional relationships while attending care plan reviews to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Worked across a variety of schools as a Teaching Assistant, supporting children in Reception, Year 1, and Year 2, with a primary focus on assisting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

• Supporting adults with learning disabilities in a residential setting for Freeways, a charity focussed on supporting service users on a person centre approach. I obtained my Care Certificate, medication training and experience as shift-leader and key worker.

• Supporting elderly people with dementia on their day-to-day routine.
