I am currently a stay at home mum. I have worked in different care settings in the past. While off with my children I have been doing some babysitting and I am volunteering with Citizens advice, training to become a general adviser. I really enjoy working with and helping people.
I am currently volunteering as a trainee adviser two days a week. I do my training one day and answer emails the other. The emails cover a wide range of issues which I would research and then reply with information or signpost to other agencies. I have also started to attend a drop-in service where clients can be seen face to face.

Prepared bespoke bouquets for special occasions to meet client needs.

I had allocated patients each shift who I spent time with. I ran patients meetings on the ward every week. Duties also included close observation with patients who were at risk and writing patients records at the end of each shift.
Worked with many different client groups for CSS, including people with learning difficulties, mental health, elderly, and asylum seekers (women and children). Supported some clients with day to day activities, personal care and support while encouraging independence.
