A highly adaptable and friendly professional with exceptional skills in organisation and team management. I'm able to demonstrate a strong ability to focus during stressful periods, multitask efficiently, and work both independently and collaboratively. Committed to delivering high-quality results while seamlessly integrating into diverse team environments.
I was interviewed for the position of Image Processor during my time in the logo ball print room, my skills in computer programs and eye for detail helped to achieve this role further into the company.
To begin with, I learnt how to check and create files for embroidery used within the cresting production area. Checks for these files included correct colourways ranging from simple single colour coordinated logos to complicated multi colour match FJ logos.
The visual files would be sent to customers for approval whilst the DST's, EMB's and production PDF's were sent through to our production team to start cresting on the machines.
Regular checks on crests are performed by myself to check for any personal or production issues ranging from;
In my time working for Acushnet, various departments have come to me with queries or requests for different things, anywhere from stitch counts to be added to our system AS400 to colourways missed through the different steps to be added before it reaches production.
I have personally mentored two of my current coworkers when they first started with us, allowing me to recount current and previous ways of working which are ever changing.
Whilst working for the Titleist golf company as a ball printer, I was tasked with checking, cleaning, and reloading the print machines with ink for various orders of golf balls.
During the printing process, I was to check the paperwork against the ink colours and golf balls selected for printing to confirm they are the same as purchased by the customer.
After the printing was complete, I took note of any balls that may require reprint due to imperfection or scratches caused by the print plates.
This role required reaching a target of 180 dozen golf balls printed a day, which I achieved or surpassed regularly.
Whilst working at The River Terrace, my work was based primarily around the sink. Keeping the chefs and front of house staff stocked with any cutlery or dishes they needed at any given moment.
My other duties included weekly deep cleans of the kitchen and stock room areas, as well as taking note of any ingredients or chemicals which may need restocking soon.
I also assisted with daily food prep following food safety standards as well as necessary hygiene making sure any and all food handled by myself or anyone else in the restaurant, staff wise, was safe for consumption.
I was a part of several large scale events during my time with the restaurant. This included weddings to multiple party's possibly within the same shift. These events would usually lead to several intense moments where we may not stop, to sudden quiet moments allowing us to rest before rushing into things again.
I frequented early shifts due to being the only Kitchen porter in the restaurant, this lead to early starts and very late finishes multiple times a week, though it allowed me to learn how to work under pressure and organise important and lesser important tasks on a whim.
During my time at the Whittlesey lockshop, I was in charge of cutting and duplicating keys ranging from simple five pin cylinder door keys to car keys or the more advanced dimple cut Yale keys, which require specialised machinery to cut correctly.
I assisted in the restock of the keys, locks, safes and so on. This gave me the chance to learn organisational skills necessary to keep the shop running as stocked as could be, or to further assist any customer who needed a certain products we didn't have stocked at the time.
Near the end of my time, I assisted in the design and installation of a new security system we were able to demonstrate in the shop. This included installation of monitors and cameras in and around the shop floor, as well as simple wiring tasks which took patience and concentration.
