Highlight - Sole Programme leader delivering DBS 770 Ultimate, the last of the V12 vantage. The last of the DBS was a time and cost constrained project; successfully delivered in budget with high industry accolades. I effectively led the project team, driving strategic direction to deliver carbon exterior content, increased power output and new wheels within nine months, concept to JB1.

Highlight - Mentoring new team members to improve the overall onboarding process.

Lead target setting and balancing of programme cost, quality, and timing. Creation of programme definition documentation, taking input from all business areas. Lead BOM to CAD alignment and virtual series events as a primary contact. Management of programme definition responses and subsequent amendments/document issues. Coordination and presentation of Programme Gateways, tracking status of deliverables and distribution to the wider business. Work with engineering teams to develop commodity plans that deliver the correct pedigree of components for vehicle builds. Identify and plan release points to create an engineering release schedule. Driving change and issue management, ensuring cross functional communication and escalation where required. Resource management and programme spend profiling.
