Led the existing team to complete the delivery of the programme.

• Responsible for management and delivery of all crime reduction and early intervention initiatives through management of several teams including community safety, licensing, community contacts, Safer Schools and Anti social behaviour teams across Police and local authority
• Engaging and working with stakeholders and public to deliver diverse programme of crime reduction surpassing targets set by the home office.

• Delivered pilot project from inception which provided interventions to perpetrators and support for victims of domestic abuse.

• In my final role here I was responsible for 110 sales and service call centre staff and lead and supported them through a merger, new IT & sales products, customer handling methods, customer service initiatives plus implement new terms and conditions for all staff.
• Became the most successful centre for all sales and most positive customer service feedback.
