My responsibilities and roles included:

• Training new staff, which consisted of me showing them how to take food orders and how to do the allergy procedure, opening and closing of the restaurant, how to make standard drinks and cocktails as well as keeping the bar to the highest of standards on a day to day basis.
• Informed customers about our ingredients, addressed any allergy/dietary issues, and provided them with appropriate food substitutes that fit their needs.
• I was frequently given the responsibility of managing the largest section of the restaurant with the highest volume of customers which required me to work at a fast pace and deal with multiple tasks at a time.
