I learned a lot of communication skills from talking to customers and gaining more confidence whilst talking To new people everyday.
Once I got my GCSE in Carshalton high school for girls I decided I wanted to become a hairdresser, so therefore I applied at Nescot college for level 2 hairdressing which finished in June 2025. From this I learned so many different things such as the role in hair dressing and how to be professional and take on challenges everyday, I also gained loads of new skills like better communication and more confidence and also team work skills.

In muschamp primary school I did work experience for the PE department, I learn how to communicate and talk to children and how to work with them. I also learned how to build my team work skills as PE is a very physical activity that involves team work skills. This also taught me how to be patient with younger children as they are still developing and understand things differently to adults.
In toni&guy I learned so many different skills whilst doing my work experience there, I learn how to communication with every client and people I work with to make sure I understand what I was doing and also they understand too.
