  • Responsible for day-to-day commercial management of live civil engineering projects, currently valuing between £1.0m - £8.7m.
  • Prepare CVRs for each live project, identify commercial risks & opportunities and present to the commercial manager & director monthly.
  • Administer JCT contracts.
  • Measure & price variations and submit to clients.
  • Issue early commercial warnings.

  • Undertake detailed measurement and quantification of works from drawings and specifications to support tender pricing.
  • Prepare and review tender documentation, identify any issues with the drawings or scope of works. Provide assumptions to support a more accurate tender submission.
  • Mentor junior commercial colleagues.
