Luke Finnegan

I am a friendly, enthusiastic first-year university student who is looking for a part time role in the hospitality industry. My roles as football referee and football captain for Harrow Borough under 18s have enabled me to develop a range of transferable skills which would support the role of server at the White Bear. Refereeing has enabled me to develop excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to remain calm under pressure and sometimes deal with challenging individuals. Likewise, as football captain, my role was to lead and motivate players, act as a communicator between the players and coaches and represent the team to the officials. I am a quick learner and willing to work to develop any additional skills required of the role.
