Summary

I am a veterinary nursing student with a passion for animal welfare. Seeking to transition into a different area of the animal career. I am committed to providing a reliable, safe and fun environment, using my experience and knowledge in animal care and behaviour.

I am currently studying at Bicton College ( Veterinary nursing diploma).

I have studied animal behaviour, health care, emergency first aid and nutrition.

During my studies, I have worked at Jurassic vets; 4 years currently which has helped me gain hands on experience in animal handling and care, experience working within a team and independently providing me with a valuable skill to adapt to the challenges different work environments present.

Hobbies and interests - I have a passion for football, in my spare time you will find me training and being involved in my football team. Football has taught me confidence and communication which has enhanced my teamwork, discipline and fitness.

I also have a miniature dachshund called Dottie, we enjoy going on adventures together exploring new walks in the Devon countryside. I also have other pets including; 5 cats, 2 guinea pigs and a tortoise. I provide a happy and natural environment for all of these pets so they are happy and all their needs are met. I perform tasks such as de-matts and nail clips for the cats and guinea pigs
