As a trainee person-centred therapist, I believe that everyone has the inherent potential for growth and the ability to lead a fulfilling life when provided with the right support and environment. Life's challenges and difficult experiences can sometimes hinder our ability to thrive, but these obstacles need not define us. My goal as a counsellor in training is to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where the six necessary and sufficient conditions for therapeutic change are present. Through creating an empathetic and accepting environment, I aim to support clients in exploring their emotions and making sense of their inner world, empowering them to engage in their journey of self-discovery and live authentically.
