GWD Dining is an exclusive culinary experience in the comfort of their own home. I have been in charge of the service side and guest satisfaction at these intimate events, working alongside a local private dining chef in West Wales. Catering for up to 12.

Working with a team of 10, including waiting, bar and kitchen staff.

Worked here on and off alongside my partner management and event roles, but was a full time employee from March 2024-August 2024. Minimum of 90+ covers a night.

Key responsibilities:

• Took drink and food orders, detailed new menu items and specials and recommended add-ons.
• Offering recommendations and providing customers with daily specials
• Ensuring the delivery of an efficient service and prompt serving of all food courses and alcoholic beverages
• Checked identification of customers ordering cocktails to confirm patrons met age requirements to order alcoholic beverages.
• Performed opening and closing duties within bar area including locking up the premises.
• Built solid rapport with many frequent patrons to cultivate guest loyalty.
• Optimized customer experience by delivering superior services and effectively troubleshooting issues.

Traveled and worked within the Tech Sector across EMEA. Various roles including relationship management, Alliances/Partner Management, Events, Executive Dinners.
