I have worked in the Voluntary Sector for over 20 years. I have always had a passion for helping people. In a client facing role and more recently in a management role. In September 2021, I decided the time was right for me to embark on my journey to become a counsellor. I have really enjoyed my studies so far and I am looking forward to the opportunity to put these into practice and get back to a client facing role.
Manage a team of paid staff and volunteers

Work with local offices across Surrey to ensure they are maintaining service standards and meeting KPI's
Develop and deliver training
To set up Outreach Services across the Winchester District
To re-evaluate current services, provide training and carry out risk assessments.
Cover Supervision of Advice as required
To carry out regular Quality checks and feedback to staff and the management team
To manage the day to day supervision of the Advice Session
To manage and support Volunteers in their roles
Carry out case reviews and feedback to Volunteers and Staff
Facilitate training in Advice
