-Exhibiting outstanding customer service skills when greeting customers, and introducing them to the skilled team.

-Building and maintaining strong working relationships with other members of the team.

- Ensuring a clean and organised environment for colleagues and customers through the general cleaning of the salon by ensuring the salon is tidy and presentable at all times.

-Trusted to operate the cash register and taking payments from customers.

-Working with varied customer types while washing and colouring hair has built up my confidence and I am able to maintain conversation with all age groups and genders.

-Provided regular refreshments and snacks for continued customer satisfaction.

I also supports the owner by assisting during school holidays with kids summer activity days.
