The Real Lucy

I have spent the majority of my life being a mum, which is what I loved and that was my career, which explains my career gaps between 2000-2016, Although during that time I did qualify as a nail technician.

However kids grow up so now its my time to have a career. After moving to Port Talbot from Bristol in 2021, I have done any job I knew I could do easily while still looking for that career I really wanted, I know I have found that with this position of trainee housing officer.

I hold a full clean driving licence, Im honest, reliable and extremely hard working, an asset to any company.

Gaps in Career

From 2018 when I left the Rising Sun to 2021, I worked for a agency doing a variety of different roles, including picking and packing and kitchen work. I was caring for a relative so that was my priority, Then Covid hit.

From September 2021 when I moved I joined an agency to do whatever was on offer.
