  • At ECMS I was given a short term position as a labourer/plumbers mate helping on the mechanical side of the company whilst working on residential properties.
  • The project was a refurbishment on a large new build where I helped install running hot and cold water systems, as well as the bathroom and central heating system install. I was given certain tasks on this project from the skills I have obtained at college -which include pipe bending , soldering and fitting, piping up radiators and installing TRV valves. This is where I feel my passion belongs, and it has proven my time at college to be the correct decision.
  • Assisted in mechanical installations for refurbishment of large residential properties.
  • my experience with ECMS was working in the city of London , carrying out various elements of building maintenance. This gave me a brilliant insight into the mechanical infrastructure of commercial buildings, which was a different take on domestic plumbing and heating I learnt in college.
  • This was more of a maintenance role and gave me realisation I wanted to be part of the installation side of the trade.
