My role was to provide advocacy to the women both during their time in treatment and after they returned home. I assisted with such things as applying for and updating welfare benefits, helping to sort debts and fines, and finding housing across the country for women who had no safe home to return to after treatment.
In addition to this, I managed 2 of Hebron's move on properties, which housed up to 7 women who chose to relocate to Norwich. This included producing licence agreements, applying for housing benefit, ensuring the houses were well looked after, and evicting individuals when necessary.
