Louis Kelly

Started as a Bartender at one of the busiest bars in cheltenham. During my time as a bartender i became a heavily respected member of the team and made top sales on multiple of our busiest nights. Due to this in September 2025 the role of supervisor came up and i was given the role. This then meant i was secondary to managers but when they were not on site,which was often especially midweek evenings, i was the sole person in charge of the site. This meant i have had to deal with all issues, customer complaints, site bookings and any issues along with that, technological problems, staff issues, managerial issues, having to kick people out or cut them off and many more.

I was a Barback at the Ivy for almost two years. This meant i prepared coffees for all customers and staff and also polished site glassware throughout shift helping the bar keep up with the heavy demand of glassware.

Managed weekend bookings at Balcarras Sports Centre throughout A-levels.
Acted as the sole weekend contact for all customers.
Resolved booking problems, complaints, and weekend issues end to end.

• I completed my Year 10 work experience week at Croft Farm Park. This involved assisting the instructors with daily water sport activities for younger children (2019). Some of these activities were; kayaking, paddle boarding and canoeing

• I volunteered at Charlton Kings Junior School as Assistant coach with the Headteacher and PE staff for their after-school football club (2018)
