Started as a Bartender at one of the busiest bars in cheltenham. During my time as a bartender i became a heavily respected member of the team and made top sales on multiple of our busiest nights. Due to this in September 2025 the role of supervisor came up and i was given the role. This then meant i was secondary to managers but when they were not on site,which was often especially midweek evenings, i was the sole person in charge of the site. This meant i have had to deal with all issues, customer complaints, site bookings and any issues along with that, technological problems, staff issues, managerial issues, having to kick people out or cut them off and many more.
