During my internship at Outbound Solutions, I had the opportunity to be part of the Wembley Project, where our team successfully built and deployed over 300 PCs. This hands-on experience significantly developed my technical and problem-solving skills, as I worked under tight deadlines to ensure each system was configured and delivered efficiently. In addition to the technical work, I gained valuable administrative experience by supporting office operations—using Excel to manage data, track progress, and generate reports. I also conducted market research to identify potential clients, helping the company explore new business opportunities and expand its outreach.
