As a recent graduate of Swansea University and achieving a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Criminology, I have worked various different part-time and full-time jobs. These have allowed me to gain an understanding of important key skills such as teamwork, communication and organisation as well as improving on my already established skills, these being my proficiency with anything computer based and my customer service skills which have been honed through years spent working in customer service.

I believe I would be an asset to any company because I have the ability to happily work on my own and get my work done with little problems. I can also work well as part of a team as in my years of experience I have to realise just how efficient and important teamwork is to getting a job done well.

Furthermore, one of my main joys in life and also my main goal is to learn new things, whether this is getting trained in a new skill or just educating myself in something new I am always eager and excited to learn anything new.
