Summary

I retired from the NHS in February 2023 after 40 years service. I started as a nurse completing various qualifications acquiring RGN and RSCN.

Following this I joined the Social care team and worked with those who had a hearing loss this involved good patient management, working on own initiative as well as collaboratively in a timely manner.

Completing assessment of needs, planning care and implementation of services to meet identified needs to maintain independence.providing information and advice in a format requested by an individual giving choice and control.

I gained promotion as team manager leading on development ,budget keeping ,succession planning as well as the health and well being of staff.i was very committed and passionate about the service provided.
