I supervise a team of 3 staff to ensure effective care delivery for 18 residents, i administer medication and assist staff with daily tasks as needed, check diary for updates, manage resident communication through phone calls, monitor residents throughout the day and provide support to my team members when required, i engage with family members and participate in GP rounds and monthly reviews. Remove personal pronoun also maintain online documentation including care plans, radar, E-Learning and recently implemented Nourish.
