As the Business Development Manager at Teva UK, my primary responsibility is to drive profitable growth for the company's product portfolio, ensuring that our patients and customers receive value and a wide range of choices. My professional journey began 15 years ago in Regulatory Affairs, where I gained extensive knowledge of product registration processes and lifecycles across diverse markets, including Australia, the Middle East, Latin America, and Europe. After nearly 8 years in this role, I felt the need to expand my knowledge and explore new areas of the business, driven by my curiosity and eagerness to learn.
During my tenure at Teva UK, I had the privilege of working within the Launch Team as a Project Manager. In this role, I successfully connected and led various teams to ensure seamless product launches, both in-house and with third-party collaborations. Working alongside talented individuals in such a complex and successful organization as Teva allowed me to develop my skills in connecting different aspects of the business.
My previous experience, combined with my determination and the unwavering support of my manager and colleagues, paved the way for my transition into Business Development. Today, I bring a wealth of expertise in client acquisition and contract negotiation, complemented by exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship-building, and team leadership abilities.
