Being at this store has given me the opportunity to deal with high pressure situations, during holiday periods and outside of those demanding times.It has pushed me to always give my best customer service even in such a fast paced environment , furthermore this workplace requires a tight net team that works closely together to reach our targets , in turn forcing me to become a excellent team player .

Whilst working in the local and friendly establishment I had significantly improved my ability to create good bonds with customers and improve on my customer service skills . I had the full responsibility of leading the bar , handling cash and card payments , and keeping up the high standard that the company expects of its Pubs and Restaurants.

With my time spent working at the Robin Hood , I learnt the trade of bar work , regularly carrying out duties such as, serving high volumes of customers , handling cash and card payments and working cooperatively with co workers , to create a upbeat and productive work environment .

Whilst working at this chain retail store I carried out online training, including fire safety procedures ,accident prevention drills and working at heights. I dealt with customer quires , stock count and organising displays in a ergonomic way to appeal to customers.
