At Buzz Bingo, I work flexibly across multiple departments, adapting to different responsibilities depending on business needs:

• Waitress (Bingo Hall): Handle customer orders, serve food and drinks, and manage cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Bar Staff: Serve a variety of drinks during busy evening shifts while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Front of House / Door Duty: Welcome guests, assist new members with registration, and ensure the front entrance runs smoothly.
• Slots Host: Monitor gaming machines, resolve technical issues promptly, and provide refreshments to ensure customers have an enjoyable experience.

I enjoy this varied role as it allows me to apply strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to support a positive customer experience across all areas of the venue.
