During my learning experience at college I have learnt how to prepare food to the highest and professional standard whilst also making sure guidelines are kept to and maintained I have been able to show my understanding and knowledge of cookery whilst working front of house at the college which taught me how to communicate well with the general public and be able to problem solve if something has arisen

While working inside the kitchen I have been able to work well alongside my colleagues and help us build a healthier team due to showing respect to all

With having such structured time lines on food preparation I have been able to keep strict on adhering to fast paced and demanding timing This has taught me to be able to keep calm when things are chaotic and needing dealt with in a certain amount of time
