- At Lemon Steel Reinforcement in Wickford, I started as a complete beginner and have progressively developed a wide range of valuable skills. I began by hand-cutting bars and have since earned my outside crane license, which I now use daily in a pivotal role.
- As the main crane operator outside the back of the factory, I ensure the seamless supply of tonnage of bars to the shearline, helping maintain the smooth operation of the factory.
- Additionally, I am responsible for unloading incoming deliveries with the crane, demonstrating my ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- My strong work ethic, adaptability, and growth within the company highlight my commitment not just to physical work, but also to developing the skills needed to take on broader, more varied roles in the future.
