While pregnant with my second child Vinnie, I had to take time off from work, which led to me taking some time at home during and following Covid. I then had another baby in December 2021 and at that time I felt it was best for me to stay home with the children until the youngest started nursery in January 2025.

I worked at Two Gates Primary while on placement to complete my Supporting, Teaching and Learning level 2 certificate. While there I mostly worked with a small group of the class who needed additional support with their learning. I assisted the teacher with marking, updated records and diary’s, and supervised small groups during activities.
