Dealing with all the administration within the Service Department including invoicing, obtaining order numbers, invoice queries, purchase invoices, workshop hours / wages, work in progress. Producing service / inspection schedules, MOT bookings and schedules. In charge of all the administration for our main customer looking after 100 plus vehicles. Covering the service reception, dealing with customers face to face and over the telephone. Booking vehicles in for repair / servicing etc., producing job cards for the workshop, obtaining authorities for work, liaising with the workshop, updating customers on job completion and dealing with any queries.

Assistant Accountant
Assisting with all accounts, reconciling ledgers / banking.
Payroll / Personnel Assistant
Payroll for approximately 300 employees, both monthly and weekly, control of all personnel records.
Service Administrator
Producing invoices /credit notes for the Service Department. Dealing with purchase invoices and queries. Secretarial work for the Service / Bodyshop Managers. Dealing with cash, reconciling each day. Ensuring monthly deadlines are met. Submitting technician wages, warranty claims and accounting.
Administration Supervisor
Responsible for all administration within eight departments and supervisor to all administration staff. Gained knowledge of each job role for the smooth running of each department. Carried out any required training.
Processed council administration tasks, including secretarial support and filing work.
Coordinated reprographics department duties, preparing documents for timely circulation.
