This recent summer, I worked at a summer camp with children aged 12-17, within which I supervised and engaged campers in a variety of activities, as well as plan, develop, and lead programs. I was also responsible for safeguarding the wellbeing of campers, both physically and emotionally, by offering appropriate emotional support and helping them navigate challenges such as social confections, using my own initiative and calm and strategic mindset.
