These skills are evident within my role within the Plymouth School Sports Partnership (PSSP) during my school years and I completed this by earning my Leadership Award This course had me using skills of organisation and independence when I hosted sport related activities towards primary school children I also worked within a team in training and hosting events to make sure the children had a fun and enjoyable experience while being physically active

During my expeditions and training within my DofE's I also used these skills to navigate and get to checkpoints without support from members who where not a part of my team I problem-solved and continued to be an efficient team member and leader to guide others and provide support and help when necessary The expeditions had me with the same group for days without much contact with others which ensured me being a calm person and discussing what to do as a team and not what I myself wanted to do This happened by listening to each others ideas and having patience

I also worked as a team within my extra curriculum activity- swimming I have swam for Tavistcock Swimming Club, Plymouth Leander and Devenport Royal In each of my clubs, I have proven to have a strong passion towards the sport which resulted in me being both committed and dedicated to doing what I wanted to do I have always been a sport related person and find myself to really enjoy it
