- I provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and making sure they are happy and providing them the best way I can to ensure they leave the store with everything they need and want. I help maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the store to help customers find what they are looking for easily. I provide advice, on styles and items and help find and check stock.
- I restock shelves and rails and ensure the shop floor stays organised.
- I also serve customers at the till and process returns and exchanges to make the customers happy, I also promote add on such as crep for shoes.

- Customer service and sales skills, I am able to communicate clearly and help customers find what they are looking for and I’m am able to support them with a good shopping experience by being clam and friendly even in stressful situations.
- Teamwork skills, as I have worked in a team for so long this is one of my strongest skills as I am easily able to communicate within a team and with other colleagues and help others during busy periods or when they are in need of help.
- Organisation and time management skills, I’ve always had these skills as school allowed me to build them, for example handing my homework in on time and completing tasks when set, but I built on these skills at my job because I am able to keep the shop floor tidy and acceptable even in busy and stressful situations, I restock efficiently and I can balance a list of multiple tasks at once.
- I have skills in retail operations as I can confidently use tills and payment systems, I can process refunds or exchanges and missing orders etc, I can handle delivers and tagging stock.
- I have problem solving skills such as finding solutions to things, for example when items out of stock I will order them in online for the customer of check and ring other stores, I can calmly deal with difficult customers, and I can fix floor issues quickly.
- I also have good listening skills as I listen to customers issues of a daily and help deal with them to the best standard to ensure customers leave the store happy.
