• I have played netball for a local club for the past 7 years, competing in 2–3 matches per week alongside high-intensity training and gym-based conditioning to improve performance. I have also had the opportunity to train with professional clubs, which has further developed my skills, discipline, and understanding of high-performance sport
• I enjoy exploring my creative side through painting, which is my favourite medium, although I am open to experimenting with a range of other creative activities. I am very creative and like to explore different materials and techniques to produce varied work, allowing me to think outside the box while developing creativity, patience, and attention to detail.
• I like to travel to new places and experience different cultures, however I also enjoy returning to familiar places, as it allows me to build a deeper appreciation and understanding of them over time. I have recently travelled to Italy, and I also regularly return to Spain, with other destinations including America, Cyprus, Greece, and France, which has strengthened my interest in exploring different environments and cultures
