My current employment with Advance Construction involves managing live site projects, with multiple teams operating heavy plant machinery.

My main responsibility is ensuring a high standard in the quality of workmanship is carried out, in a safe and professional manor. This requires regular progress reports, report and runs to ensure we are on programme and cost effective.

I also work closely with our contractor/client, scheduling weekly meetings with up to date progress of the sites, communicating any changes to deadlines.

Part of my role involves ordering materials and preparing take offs for new live sites and programme in the delivery dates to ensure everything runs smoothly.

The sites I have managed were,

Keepmoat homes Sighthill 200 + units

All of the sites above require me being responsible for,

Earthworks i.e

peat removal

cutting and platforming sites

Roads and sewers

Multi utility service tracks

Culvert bases

Installing box culverts

Plots works

I spent 7 years at Tough Construction, where i done roads and sewers then worked up to a ganger, to travelling foreman, where managed multiple jobs ensuring the same high standard and safe working.

My responsibilities mainly involved getting roads and sewers in on time and safely, to stepping up to running my own sites, ordering materials, managing programme dates, conducting regular site walks and meetings with contractor/client.

The above jobs required me meeting programme dates being a roads and sewer man, to be a foreman and running live sites.

I spent 4 years at Advance construction, where my job entailed general plots works, I always took pride in my finishing works and set myself to a high standard.
