• Organisation - Working in a warehouse has taught me how to organise numbers and products
• My department sends out products to customers, before it is boxed up we match up serial numbers we then send these products to companies so tracking details need to be 100% correct
• Responsibility - There is a massive responsibility working with these products, if a product is shipped or not tracked correctly a company is able to get compensation for it
• This taught me to double-check everything and go over my own work
• Utilised control mechanisms and manual procedures to safely operate machines

• Skills Needed
• Teamwork - Communicating with other team members was very important, Working at the same pace was very important
• Multitasking - I would cook up to 50 pieces of chicken at a time, i would do this while also teaching new grillers while also being new myself
• Leadership - Working at busy times managers would be dealing with customers, so I would take the lead of the grill making sure I am keeping the grills at the same pace
• Changed and sanitised surfaces between tasks to avoid cross-contamination
• Followed kitchen opening and closing procedures when preparing cooking supplies, ingredients and workstations
• Enforced proper sanitation practices to prevent food spoilage and contamination
• Adhered to health and safety requirements for cleaning surfaces, cooking items and equipment.

• My main role was to take orders threw the headset, I would be putting the orders threw the system while staying engaged with the customer
• When working in front of house I greet customers with enthusiasm and show that I care I would give each customer a different greeting and always make sure the customer knows i am listening to them
• Contributed to team success by completing jobs quickly and accurately
• Prepared food and beverages within target timeframes
• Learned all tasks required quickly to maximise performance
• Acted as team player by helping colleagues finish their tasks
• Operated cash register to take payments and process orders.

Skills
Organisation - Waking up at 6 am every morning so I could balance it with school. I have kept this routine for 4 years.
Helping the owner organise the papers for other workers. This would make everyone's jobs easier so that the papers were organised with the right house numbers.

Customer Service skills were the main skill I learned and use to this day. every morning I would greet many customers this began to build a friendship with these people, for 3 years I would keep conversation which reflected well on the newsagents.
