Part of specialist team converting Boeing 737's from passenger to cargo. Undergoing heavy structural modification and deep maintenance.

Responsible for supervision, inspection, production planning and and hands on repair and modification of Tornado aircraft while undergoing base maintenance.

Modification, maintenance & refurbishment of train carriages.

Survey & inspect, Tui fleet of wide body aircraft, compile and ensure all repair files are accurate and rectify as required. (Ceased due Covid)

• F-35:Lightning 2, production inspection, Wing & Centre section.

• A350 & A320 Production Final Assembly Line.

• Tornado Maintenance & modification program. Supervision & Quality Control.
• Responsible for running sheet metal workshops, and training of Saudi Trainees.

• Tornado maintenance & high spec structural modification, 25 F.I.
• Assisting with on the job training of Saudi aircraft technical apprentices.

• Boeing 737 (400 & 800) responsible for all aspects of structural modifications and repair while undergoing ‘B’ & ‘C’ checks. Ensuring all Boeing and BA safety standards and specification are complied with.

• L1011 TriStar freighter conversion programme, involving complete strip out and heavy structural modification.
• Gulfstream V freighter conversion programme, complete strip of green (new) aircraft and structural modification to produce multi-purpose aircraft.
• C130 Hercules major maintenance overhaul and modification programme.

• Jetstream 31 & 41, and Hawk Production. Served 4 year Aeronautical engineering apprenticeship.
• Specialising in construction & installation of aircraft air-frames and major assemblies Working on every area of assembly line. Ensuring BAe & CAA quality standards in all assemblies.
