- Across those 6 days I was assigned the role of Helipad Leader, which involved communicating with other members of my team, helicopter pilots and terminal staff to coordinate loading and unloading of passengers and bags as well as the safe arrival and departure of helicopters from my pad.
- Such elements were achieved through my excellent communication skills relaying necessary info between relevant stakeholders.

- In total, I produced around 5 articles a week, which was done in my free time
- For the photography aspect of the job, I used my hobby in aviation photography as my way taking and gaining photos of aviation to be used in articles.

- Working in back of house involved a variety of roles, such as working Deep Fat Fryers, Pizzas and carrying out food preparation

- As the restaurant is in a theme park, the flow of customers was always constant, serving as many as 100 per hour, so you always had to be on your toes to ensure the best service was provided.
