• Led client business process reviews, understanding and mapping both client systems and processes, including offering both immediate and long term solutions.
• Acted as primary contact point for clients regarding technical queries or concerns.

• Conducted demos and training sessions for clients on multiple solutions, including Xero, QuickBooks and Sage Intacct, plus other industry/process specific solutions.
• Participated and led system reviews and migrations from desktop to cloud solutions.
