During my 32 years at British Airways I had many roles including secretary to the finance manager, PA to multiple Senior managers. Part of diverse Team implementing part time contracts to improve a better home/work life balance during the 90's. Running a training course for over 7000 employees which took 3 years to implement. My longest position held at BA was as a Worldwide Cabin Scheduler dealing with a multiple range of issues across the world. I was also responsible for leading a Special Circumstances board for Crew requesting time off at Christmas for special circumstances.
Much of time and work history was customer service related and dealing with different issues on a daily basis.
