  • I joined the Sytner Group February 2007 at the entry sales level, I then worked my way through their management program to a Retail Manager over the 16 years.
  • During the covid pandemic unfortunately Stratford dealership was closed, I had an opportunity to pilot a new way of collecting business
  • The VIP Program was piloted by myself and a team of business managers from home, we would call our existing Service customers and find a way to get them into their next dream car
  • I would follow the process with the customer from start to finish
  • After the business opened back up we decided this worked so well I carried on from home and created extra income for the company
  • I would work in dealership once a week, meet and greet customers and the sales team who I worked closely with also.
